Who we are
Horizon Axis Business Projects LLC ("Horizon Axis", "we", "us") is a business solutions provider based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. This policy applies to horizonaxisom.com and to enquiries you send us through it.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name and phone number, if you provide them
- The service you're interested in, and the content of your message
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Apart from the standard server logs kept by our host (see “Who processes it” below), we collect nothing from people who simply browse the site without contacting us.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to continue that conversation if it leads somewhere. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Who processes it
This website is hosted by Netlify. As with any web host, Netlify records standard technical information in its server logs — such as your IP address and which pages were requested — so the site can be delivered and kept secure.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that transmits the message and does not retain it for its own purposes.
Both are independent providers with their own privacy terms. We use no other third-party service on this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@horizonaxisom.com and we'll respond as promptly as we can.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information — financial details, identity documents — through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the date below.
